Fantastic, friendly, polite service. Had what I wanted a winter hat and found a shirt as well. Great range of products. Very impressed with the store layout, look and vibe. No loud pumping music and genuine service. My purchases were beautifully wrapped in pink tissue a nice touch. I will definitely return and highly recommend this store.

The staff were so helpful and fun in helping me find a dress, the day before a wedding, as my online order hadn't arrived for 3 weeks; while I tried on every dress in the store ! Very well priced too and it's a keeper (quality wise), will be wearing again for sure.

An absolutely beautiful shop and the staff go out of their way to make your shopping experience memorable. Whether you are shopping for a special someone or a sneaky gift for yourself, you will truly find it at Terracotta. I was able to find that perfect dress for Christmas day and a little gift for myself. It's one of my new favourite shops in Bunbury.

I stumbled across Terracotta Store while trying to find my style again after having a baby. And I’m so glad I did! They have a beautiful range of clothes at a reasonable price. The owners were so lovely! They entertained my Bub so I was able to try on some clothes in peace (now I just need them to come to my house and entertain Bub while I have a cup of tea! :p). There was so much to choose from, I will definitely be back for more.

Popped in and was greeted by the lovely Michelle, who was so sweet & knew exactly what would suit me having the perfect outfits for my holiday adventures. The Boutique is gorgeous with a beautiful layout show casing all the stunning styles. New labels that I hadn’t seen before, the prints & fabrics were simply stunning. What I really loved about my experience here at the Terracotta Store was the warmth & kindness of Michelle which really gave me the confidence to try new styles on that I may not have considered & WOW everything fitted perfectly the clothing suited my age group and the dresses were the perfect length for me. It certainly was a delight to visit today & I will definitely be keeping an eye out I think I’ve found my new favourite dress shop in town, thank you so much Michelle.

I absolutely love the trendy styles this store offers. The clothes fit so well and look amazing on my curvy figure. I genuinely appreciate this option, and the quality of the merchandise is excellent, so I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you for making me feel beautiful! This is a beautiful store with a welcoming environment and a fantastic selection. I will be back. Owners are beautiful people.

Such a lovely boutique for central Bunbury. Customer Service was amazing (could have chatted for ages!), and the store is stocked with a great range of pretty clothing, for everyday or more going out wear. I also bought some gorgeous, locally designed earrings for my daughters - couldn’t resist! Can’t wait to go back when I visit Bunbury again.

Terracotta is a beautiful store! I usually don't enjoy clothes shopping - but needed something cool, comfortable and a bit more special. The shop assistant was so lovely - helpful, professional, honest and fun. She was great with my teen, as well as helping me - a middle aged lady who had lost her sense of style. Not any more!

Popped in on passing on Sat. and had the best shopping experience I’ve had in Bunbury for years. I have had a look in several times since the store opened but have never found anything l like, this visit was totally different, the store had a lovely selection of not only clothes (casual and dressy) but accessories and cosmetics and even a glass of bubbles to enjoy whilst browsing. Whoo. The girl working in the store (sorry l didn’t ask her name) was really helpful in suggesting pieces to try and honest in her opinion on how they looked on you which is great. The changing rooms are much more luxurious than anywhere else in town. This boutique is the whole package, I’m very happy with my new tops which are lovely quality and reasonably priced. Thanks Terracotta l really enjoyed my visit and look forward to popping in again soon.
